From the Puno city, Three hours by boat, after visiting the floating islands of the Uros, we arrive at Amantani Island. This view will allow us to know the customs and live with the inhabitants, it will be an experience in which you will not be an observer, but you will be able to integrate with the locals and have a living experience, you will be able to stay in local houses, you will enjoy a dinner offered by families. Through a walk towards the ceremonial center «Pachatata» you will observe beautiful landscapes, high Andean customs and way of life. From this place, which is the top of the island, you can watch the sunset on Titicaca. The second day we the last Island, then we return to the city of Puno.

Day 1 :

With the transfer from your hotel to the Puerto de Puno where you will take the motorboat with which you will first visit the floating islands of the Uros, in Lake Titicaca there are more than 50 floating islands of which you will visit only two; On the first floating island, the tour guide will explain a little about the people who live on the floating islands. After the explanation, you will have free time to be able to walk around the island, take pictures, and spend a little more than an hour visiting two floating islands.

After this visit you will continue with the boat trip to the island of Amantani, where you will spend the night in a family house, in the port of the island you will meet the families; who will take them to their homes to be able to settle down and have lunch, in the afternoon they will also take them to the meeting place for the hike (optional) to the highest point of the island (the Pachatata temple) located at 4150 M.S.N.M, 13600 feet.

At night the families organize a party for their visitors, they will also provide the typical costume of the island to participate in the party, this activity is "optional" The next day after breakfast families will take them to the port to say goodbye, to then leave for the island of Taquile.
