It is common to start wondering about altitude sickness if you plan to come to Peru, especially Cusco city. However, it is easy to solve this problem. You just need to stay very well hydrated, not eat heavy foods during the activity, and the most important thing is not to demand too much from our body at altitude.

This is the High Altitude Symptom.

The main symptoms are headache, tiredness, dizziness, nausea, tingling, loss of appetite, difficulty sleeping, and vomiting. Please, if you feel any of these problems, contact our company. The vast majority of symptoms are temporary; they can be hours or days. You always have to be attentive to the symptoms.
